7k77 Terms & Conditions — Rules of Platform Use

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 7k77 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at 7k77.io.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a 7k77 account and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the 7k77 registration process.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, or any other gaming product offered via the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other incentive granted by 7k77 to a Player under specific promotional terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole supported currency on the 7k77 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 7k77 before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn from the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating a 7k77 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all interactions with the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotions, use of live casino products, sports betting, and any communications with 7k77 support staff.

2.3 If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting the 7k77 support team.

2.4 7k77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 The 7k77 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• The individual is at least 21 years of age;
• The individual is accessing the Platform from Bangladesh;
• The individual is not subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or self-exclusion agreement that prevents them from using gambling services;
• The individual is acting on their own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• The individual does not hold an existing 7k77 account that has been suspended or permanently closed.

3.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated in clause 3.1. 7k77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age and proof of identity.

3.3 Where 7k77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria, 7k77 may suspend the Account pending verification, void any outstanding Bets, and withhold any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 7k77 Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. Players must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.3 Players must choose a unique username and a strong password. The password must not be shared with any third party. 7k77 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from a Player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

4.4 7k77 reserves the right to decline a registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to give a reason for such refusal.

4.5 Account closure may be requested at any time by contacting 7k77 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

5 Account Security

5.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their Account.

5.2 Players must notify 7k77 support immediately if they suspect their Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 7k77 will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account to prevent further unauthorised access.

5.3 7k77 will never contact a Player to request their password, full payment card number, or mobile banking PIN under any circumstances. Any communication purporting to be from 7k77 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.

5.4 All transactions and sessions on the 7k77 Platform are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. 7k77 uses industry-standard data security practices to protect Player information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

7k77 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved local bank transfers. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support incoming transfers, in which case an alternative verified BDT method will be accepted at 7k77's discretion. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 2 business days for bank transfers.

6.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

7k77 applies KYC verification for cumulative withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 per calendar month. Players will be asked to submit a copy of a valid national identity document (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address, and, where applicable, a selfie with the NID. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in the withdrawal being held pending verification.

6.4 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not use payment accounts belonging to third parties. All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own legal name. 7k77 reserves the right to return funds to source and void all associated Bets and Bonuses where a payment is found to originate from a third-party account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 7k77 may offer Bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal festival promotions. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which are incorporated into and governed by these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 The 7k77 welcome bonus offers a 200% match on a Player's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 in bonus credit. This Bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are specified in the current welcome bonus terms published on the Platform.

7.3 General Bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device, and IP address;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying wagering requirements;
• 7k77 reserves the right to withdraw a Bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed;
• Where a Player has an active Bonus balance, real-money funds and Bonus funds are staked in the order specified by the Platform at the time of betting;
• Bets placed at minimum odds below 1.50 (decimal) on sports markets do not contribute toward sports Bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated;
• Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements — the current contribution schedule is published in the Promotions section of the Platform.

7.4 7k77 reserves the right to cancel any Bonus and void associated winnings in cases where: (a) the Player has opened duplicate accounts; (b) the Player has attempted to manipulate the outcome of bonus wagering through arbitrage, low-risk betting patterns, or coordinated play; (c) the Player has provided false information during registration or KYC.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 All sports bets placed on the 7k77 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type, which are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the sport-specific rules will prevail for that particular betting situation.

8.2 7k77 reserves the right to void any Bet where: (a) it was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; (b) the outcome of the event was already known at the time the Bet was placed; (c) the event was cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the relevant market was settled; (d) the Bet is suspected to be part of a match-fixing or corrupt activity scheme.

8.3 Live in-play bets are accepted subject to internet connectivity. 7k77 accepts no liability for bets that fail to be confirmed due to connectivity issues on the Player's end. Only bets confirmed with a Bet ID are considered valid.

8.4 All casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. 7k77 does not alter game rules unilaterally and cannot override the outcome of certified RNG-based or live dealer games.

8.5 In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session that prevents the game from reaching a natural conclusion, 7k77's standard practice is to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's balance. If a technical fault benefits the Platform rather than the Player, the same void policy applies.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7k77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Attempting to defraud the Platform through chargeback requests, false dispute claims, or manipulation of payment systems;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement intended to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event on which a Bet is placed;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in Platform software for financial gain;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

9.2 7k77 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 7k77 may freeze an Account and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Players whose accounts are suspended on grounds of prohibited conduct will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 7k77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to the following self-regulation tools, available at any time through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set alerts that notify them after a specified duration of continuous Platform use.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may suspend their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, no deposits or bets are accepted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the 7k77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

10.2 Any Player who believes their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others is strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools described above or contact the 7k77 support team immediately for assistance. Full guidance is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

10.3 7k77 staff are trained to recognise signs of problem gambling behaviour and may proactively contact Players whose usage patterns indicate a risk of harm. In such cases, 7k77 may apply protective limits to an Account without prior notice, in the best interests of the Player.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the 7k77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, data, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of 7k77 or its licensed third-party providers (including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of 7k77 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7k77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

12.2 7k77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 7k77 is not responsible for interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, government-imposed access restrictions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

12.4 7k77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 7k77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 7k77 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice to Players via email or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

13.2 The version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any transaction or dispute shall be the version applicable to that transaction or dispute.

13.3 The current effective date of these Terms & Conditions is 1 January 2026. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or a Player's use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court to prevent imminent or ongoing harm.
